Payment -

Orders must be paid for in full before shipping. Your payment can be made by credit/debit card.

 

Returns -

If by chance your purchase is not suitable please contact us by email at info@willowgrovehome.ie

Your purchase item must be returned in the same condition as you received it from Willow Grove Home, with original packaging, components and accessories within 14 days from the day you received it. You will be responsible for paying the return of the item to us.

You will get a full refund for said item on safe return less the delivery charge.
